Children 10 to 12 years old, with special outreach to the socially and economically disadvantaged or families perceived to be outside the information and opportunity mainstream - Children judged to have a good chance of receiving substantial academic and social benefit through participation in the CAS program.

Extracurricular leaning in an environment designed to promote the process of inquiry and discovery. Youth, engaged in self-initiated leaning designed to accommodate them at different age and academic levels.

Designed to assist the child's early math, science and computer technology learning for success through the middle and high school grades.

Simulation (flight) and model design/construction learning - reinforced by site visits to aircraft design/manufacturers.
